Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with 1+year in livelihood and development projects to implement initiatives with field work in rural areas. Must be a diploma/graduate, with good communication skills, and capable of engaging with rural communities, private stakeholders and government officials.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Graduate degree in Computer, Business Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ year in livelihood and development projects.
- Skills: Good communication and project management skills. Familiarity with local languages is a plus. Proficiency in data collection and reporting
Key Responsibility:
- S/he will be responsible for executing as well as managing partnership activities of the project at Block level.
- S/he will be also responsible for backward and forward linkages to the community institutions and federations related to Rural Livelihood promotion.
- S/he will support and facilitate to Project Head [PH] in planning all rural livelihood based activities in the block.
- S/he will be also working as resource support available to Block Project Implementation Unit [BPIU] for executing partnership or The Trust-based activities or any other Rural Livelihood-based activities.
- S/he will also have to undertake extensive field visit/work to ensure the quality project/program interventions.
- Any other task assigned time to time.

Adaptability to challenging environments is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual
Pay: ₹6,000.00 – ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
