Job Summary
Seeking Female Telecaller cum Admission Counselor. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for interested students / guardians seeking information for our courses. You will also be required to call prospective enquiries, manage all leads on CRM, provide information about the courses and convert to walk-ins & admissions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to prospective students via phone calls to provide information about our courses and educational offerings.
- Answer inquiries related to admission procedures, course details, fees, and other relevant information.
- Guide potential students through the admission process, assisting with form filling and documentation.
- Provide detailed information about the benefits of our educational programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to address queries and encourage enrollment.
- Keep accurate records of telephonic interactions, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless admission process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admission counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer applications and tools.
